The leadership team sought to empower their sales, marketing, and customer service team members with visibility across multiple touchpoints throughout the customer journey. They believed the increased centralization, integration, automation, and visibility would tighten up the current sales funnel and increase organizational productivity. Adopting an Agile Approach to Increased Demands

Desiring improvements in their employee onboarding and training processes, the Hydreight® leadership team requested the development of comprehensive onboarding and training materials. A custom training guide and “HubSpot Owner’s Manual” were developed for this purpose, along with a gallery of training videos applicable to Hydreight configurations and use cases. These materials enabled employees to gain a deeper understanding of the systems, allowing them to complete daily tasks with greater efficiency and train new team members more effectively.
